Notification regarding 6th Pay Commission for such employee who are on non-simple leave and they are retired, expired or terminated.

With reference to Government of Maharashtra Notification No. Sankirna 1011/Pra.Kra.173/Seva-9 Dated 25th October 2011 that such employee who are on non-simple leave and they are retired, expired or terminated on or before 1st January, 2006. Those Employee who surfing this situation they must entitled to avail 6th Pay Commission Benefit. But, sad news for those employee who avail non-simple leave and they retired, expired or termined after 1st January 2006, they didn't get 6th Pay commission Benefit.
