Restrictions for obtaining the patent for an invention made by Government Servant:
A Government servant whose duties involve the carrying out of scientific or technical research shall not apply for or obtain, or cause or permit any other person to apply for or obtain, a patent for an invention made by the such Government Servant have with the permission of Government and in accordance with such conditions as Government may impose.
