As per the Government Resolution No. Pravas-1011/Pra.Kra.1/Seva-5 dated 21st January 2011, State Government Officer/Employee have benefit to travel by Air-Plane under some conditions:
1. If, no other any convenient scope to travel within time for office work and the work is most important for Government. In this condition, Officer/Employee should take pre-permission from their higher authority.
2. The facility protected by returning Travel, other than if office work is most important rather than next day office, In this condition, Officer/Employee also should take pre-permission from their higher authority.
3. The Officer/Employee should take this advantage on one occasion by the Higher Authority.
4. The traveling expenses should more competent by other air-wages.
5. Business/Executive class facility not applicable for this official work.
6. The traveling expenses should claim in budget by Rs. 100000.00 and then grant the expenses.
