We well known about 5 months AICPIN data from Jan-2017 to May-2017 and need one month more i.e. of Jun-2017 to calculate the accurate D.A. w.e.f. July-2017.
Let us we consider the AICPIN point is stand as May-2017 in this condition also the D.A. is same. If the AICPIN point increases to 283 then the 7th Pay Commission is increases to 1 percent i.e. 6 Percent but 6th Pay D.A. is constant i.e. 139 Percent.
Though this, Dearness Allowance is not an favorite word among All Central Government Employees and Pensioners in to-days condition. The reason for that is the hike of DA and DR is around 1 or 2 Percent only. Particularly after 7th Pay Commission as well as 6th Pay Commission, the All India Consumer Price Index is on down trend this is the fact.
Thus, there will be no chance to increase Dearness Allowance Percentage upto December-2017. It may be constant on 5 percent in 7th Pay commission and 139 percent in 6th Pay commission.
