The Maharashtra State Government Employees who could not avail the revised pay scale as per 6th Pay Commission of Maharashtra State. Their Dearness Allowance is increased by 12% rising from 127% to 139% from 01st Jan-2012 as per Government Resolution No. Mabhava-1112/Pra.Kra.18/Seva-9 dated 12th September-2012. The increased Dearness Allowance difference will be paid in Cash by the Maharashtra Government of the period Jan-12 to March-12.
The Maharashtra State Government has proposed to pay the Cash arrears amount immediately to the Employees under Unrevised Pay Scale.
The proposed allotment of the arrears in Cash will be applicable to all those employee with the calculated differences. As per the decision of the Government the cash benefit will be availed taking into consideration the norms and the conditions of the concerned employee.
