Ex-servicemen has not revised the pay scale till this resolution of Maharashtra Government. This is great opportunity to Ex-servicemen that they also revised their pay scale with their old pay scale in 6th Pay commission as per this resolution. Later ex-servicemen employee enjoying the pay scale as per their post in 6th Pay. But on the contrary now they should enjoying the pay scale as last pay certificate as mentioned in his/her ex-service. The pay fixation should made early. The revised pay fixation should effect from 01.01.2006 and the grade revised as per pay scale in new pay fixation.
