Pay Fixation of Initial Pay in the Revised 6th Pay Structure as on 01.01.2006.

The 6th Pay commission will have to be fixed the Pay fixation of initial pay in the revised pay structure of employees as on 01st Jan. 2006. The following picture shows, how to fix the pay fixation in revised Pay Band/Pay Scale under rule 7(1)(A)(i). After Pay Fixation the picture column No. 7 shows Basic Pay of Employee. The calculation of salary is as follows:

1. 1. Revised Basic Pay of Employees i.e. Pic. Column No.7.
2. 2. D.A. Thereon. (As per D.A. Rates)
3. 3. H.R.A. (As per current Rates)
4. 4. Conv. Allowance (At the present Rates is applicable)
5. 5. City Allowance/Other Allowance “NIL” or “ZERO”
6. 6. Triable/Naxal Allowance (if applicable)
7. 7. Total Salary = (Sum of Col. 1 to Col. 6)
