The Maharashtra State Government had implemented 6th Pay from 01.01.2006, but till today some Department don't have implemented 6th Pay. Such department got Dearness Allowance from July-2009 @ 73% as per Government Resolution dated 02 Dec. 2009. But, time to time the Maharashtra State Government implemented 6th Pay to those Department and hence the MS Government extended 6th Pay Commission Correction Committee by 6th Months from the date of Committee Establishment.
