With reference to the above cited subject, see Government letter Dated 20.04.2007 regarding permission to open M.Phil / Ph.D. Research Centre with affiliated University or affiliation college under Maharashtra University Act, 1994, Government reserved all right right. This type of notice /Notification already clered to this regarding. According this University of Mumbai applied for the same on 29.08.2011 and submitted proposal. Regarding this proposal Government decided that all right which reserved by Goverment shall be cancelled as per Maharashtra University Act, 1994 under rule 84.
