Number of account to be quoted at the time of payment of subscription.

The subscriber shall when paying a subscription either by deduction from emoluments or in cash, quote the number of his account in the Fund, which shall be communicated to him by the Controlling Officer. Any change in the number shall similarly be communicated to the subscriber by the controlling officer.
