How to Count Next Increment & Increment Month as per 6th Pay Commission

Do you know ? What the Increment Date & How to count 3% Increment Amount ?

As per Government Circular, Finance Department No. RPS-1209/CR-69/SER-9 Dated 29 April 2009 the date of next increment and how much amount of 3% counting is as below:

This rule prescribes the manner in which the next increment in the new Pay Structure should be regulated. The provisos to this rule are intended to eliminate the anomalies of junior Government Servants drawing more pay than their senior by the operation of substantive part of this rule and also taking care of the Government servants who have been drawing pay at the maximum of the existing scale for more than one year as on 01.01.2006 and also those Government Servant who have been stagnating at the maximum of the scale.

The increment as on 01.07.2006 under the rule as well as subsequent annual increment thereafter are admissible subject to the provisions contained in the rule 36 and 39 of the Maharashtra Civil Services (Pay) Rules, 1981.

Date of Increment =
01st July of the Calender Year.

3% Increment...
  • If amount is come below than 0.01 to 0.99, the amount of increment is counted is 0 of rounded by 10.
  • If amount is come getter than 1.00 to 9.99, the amount of increment is counted is 10 by rounded by 10.

Deputation Allowance Grant by State Government to their Employee

As per the Central Government guidelines, the post of District Rural Development Officer under Central or State District Rural Development Scheme should be appointed on Contract Basis or on Basis of Deputation of employee. On the deputation employee not got any other allowance except their salary. In this regard the State Government passed as resolution of Deputation Allowance vide G.R.No. GiGraPra-2010/Pra.Kra-4/Yojana-5 Dated 05th October 2010, due to this resolutions the deputation employee got another extra benefit i.e. "Deputation Allowance".

Contribution of GPF Amount of Superannuation Employee

Due to negligence of work, some officers of Maharashtra State Government i.e. State Employee, Semi State Employee, Non-State State Employee deducted G.P.F. Contribution from superannuation Employee till the end of month from superannuation employee. This mistake find by the Account General of Nagpur Region and forward to Maharashtra State Government as information. In this context, the government has been issued Resolution regarding superannuation employee's G.P.F. Contribution vide No. Bhanini-1010/389/pra.kra/151/10/13-A dated 27th October, 2010. As per this Government Resolution, if any superannuation employee's G.P.F. Contribution should be stopped 3 months before from his retirement. Due to this government implementation such superannuation employee got benefit of Proper Deposits and on their Interest.

Education Loan & Their process In India

Many Nationalise Banks of India provides its customers with a variety of personal banking services, which of them one is education loans to students aspiring to continue higher eduction or studies in India or through out the India. The Study Loans are sanctioned only to Indian Nationals.

As per the Bank's terms & conditions the Courses are Eligible for Education Loans:


A candidate, who applies for a program with prospects of employment, can apply for the loan. Whether you apply for a graduate, professional or postgraduate program or any other course sanctioned by UGC, AICTE or the government, you will be considered eligible for the loan.
Expenses taken into account:

* The student loan covers school, college or hostel fees as well as cost for buying books and other necessary items.
* Apart from the library, exam or library fees, even caution deposit, refundable deposit and building fund are considered for the loan.
* Other expenses, which are mandatory for completing the course, travel expense as well as a maximum cost of Rd 50,000 for buying a 2 wheeler, are taken into account.

Quantum of Loan & Security:


An applicant is sanctioned a loan of maximum Rs 10 lacs for studying in India and Rs 20 lacs for studying in abroad. On a loan above Rs 4 lacs, there is a margin of 5% and 15% for studying in India and abroad respectively.

* No security is required for loan amount upto Rs 4 lacs.
* A borrower should present a 3rd party as guarantee for a loan amount above Rs 4 lacs. However, on SBI discretion, this clause of 3rd party guarantee may be waived off in certain cases.
* If you borrow a loan amount above Rs 7.5 lacs, you need to offer a material collateral security and assign the future income of the student for paying installments.
* The guardians or parents of a borrowing student should secure an education loan.
* If the borrower is married, his or her spouse, parents-in-law or parents can act as the co-obligator.


Repayment of Education Loan:


The borrower can begin repaying 6 months after getting job or one year after the course is completed, whichever happens earlier. The loan can be repaid in a period of 5 to 7 years.

Education Loan for ISM students:


Education loans are also offered to the students of ISB. An ISB student can borrow upto 95% of costs. There is also a margin of 5% on the loan amount, which needs to be repaid in 7 years. Dearness Allowance implemented by 35% to 45% from 01st Nov.2010 in Cash

Maharashtra Government till the end of this month declared increase Dearness Allowance 10% to their employees in cash from 01st November 2010. The Maharashtra State Government deposited his fund by Rs. 200 Crores. This government not paid 5 + 4 = 9 months D.A. to their employee on the month of Deewali Festival. The total amount of D.A. nearest Rs. 450.00 Crors.

All Government servants should be brought over to the revised pay.

The intention of Rule 5 is that all Government servants should be brought over to the revised pay structure except those who elect to draw pay in the existing scales. Those who exercise the option to continue on the existing scale of pay will continue to draw the dearness pay, dearness allowance and other admissible allowances, if any, at the rates in force on the 01st January 2006 on the existing pay scale to the extent it so counted on the said date. If a Government Servant is holding a permanent post in a substantive capacity and officiating in the higher post or would have officiated in one or more posts but for his being on deputation etc., he has the option to retain the existing scale, only in respect of one scale. Such a Government servant may retain the existing scale applicable to a permanent post or any one of the officiating posts. In respect of the remaining posts he will necessarily have to be brought over to the revised pay structure.

Maharashtra Government Over Age employee as relaxation to Government Employee as working Aidded Institutions to Maharashtra Government as per Government Resolutions No. VLS 1010/(578/2010) School Education Department Dated 21 October 2010.

The Maharashtra State Government has been declared 35% Dearness Allowance to Family Pensioner's Employee who retired on or after 01st January 2006.
